Mountain Line - fixed route service in Flagstaff

Mountain line's extended NYE service hours completed as scheduled Jan. 1st, 2014. Thank you!

For the first time ever, Mountain Line buses will be rolling through town past midnight to offer Flagstaff residents and visitors a safe and reliable New Year’s Eve transportation option. (view .pdf version )

“Downtown Flagstaff is a New Year’s Eve destination that combines an abundance of revelry with limited parking,” said NAIPTA CEO & General Manager Jeff Meilbeck. “We wanted Mountain Line to be part of the solution and we are looking forward to serving as another transportation option this year.”

Mountain Lift paratransit clients can also take advantage of the same extended hours, but must book their trips as normal through the Dispatch Office.

Regular weekday service typically ends around 10 p.m., and that will be extended by three hours on New Year’s Eve to accommodate those attending the annual Pine Cone Drop event and other celebrations throughout town. All routes will run peak service as follows:
